By travelling the globe and playing most of the world's best courses, his wealth of experience and passion for the game will be evident in the insights provided on screen or through our blog.
Louis Meadows
Swinging a club became second nature to Louis from a young age, getting his first glimpse of golf on the courses carved into the sand dunes of the Scottish coastline, at the Machrie, Machrihanish and Shiskine Golf Clubs. After breaking 100 at the age of 9, he became a Category one golfer at the age of 15 after shooting a 2-under 68. Now 24 years old, he plays most of his golf in the UK at The Royal St George's Golf Club. The British and Ireland links courses in particular have always been his favourite, and there cannot be a much better feeling than hitting a crisp long iron off the links turf! With a detailed knowledge of many golf courses, the history of the game, the architects, players of the past and present and the technical aspects of the golf swing, he will provide a fresh, young amateur perspective that will be of great value to the television and blog series.
